Design to cover Garba Ground using Bamboo

The main goal of this course is to help students understand the characteristics of different materials and how important they are in determining the behavior of structures, which is necessary for good design. Using both software and manual calculations, the studio systematically walks students through the whole structure design process over the course of the semester. The present project, which uses Bamboo to create an exhibition space for CEPT University's Garba Ground, fits in perfectly with the studio's overall concept of architectural design influenced by nature. Students concentrate on organizing and creating structures, with a strong emphasis on weight distribution for stability. The ability to build robust buildings that can resist a variety of angles and movements is enhanced by this practical method.
