THe Project Program was to design a Sub Urban Housing Project in the suburban Area "Koba" which is located in Gandhinagar District of Gujarat.Task was to Design for Low Density Low Height Project with Max. F.S.I of 1.2. The Program included Row House, 3BHK and 2BHK Apartments with Apartment being 4 Storeys of Height. THe Focus was also to provide quality and Luxurious Amenities and Green Spaces within the Project.
