The study looked at dispersal as a lens and tried to understand the occurrence of some species that contributed to certain patterns in the Jaisamand forest, located in the southern extension of the Aravallis. It chose 6 dominant species from varying habitats of the forest and looked at the conditions of their growth and the resulting pattern seen. This will give an idea of how agencies and agents spread and nurture certain species and how these species are rather indicators or representatives of such systems and beings. The study explores impressionist and intuitive drawing as a method to express the understanding of patterns in the forest not as a physical pause but as a visual pause to stop and observe.
