The project aims to develop a suburban housing community in the outskirts of Pune city, characterized by its unique location amidst lush greenery and picturesque mountain ranges. The design proposal focuses on creating a harmonious relationship between the built environment and the natural context, with an emphasis on connecting residents to the nearby river and activating its edge as a focal point for recreational and community activities. The lush greenery extends into the site, forming natural corridors that lead residents towards the nearby river. This river serves as a significant natural feature, offering opportunities for leisure and connection with nature. Through thoughtful design interventions and community involvement, the development will serve as a model for responsible suburban living in harmony with the environment.
