The project lies next to the Proposed Girgoan metro station site ( Mangal Wadi ), the real estate value will boom and to suffice F.A.R will be a major challenge. The idea is to create public permeability via free ground and meandering passages where one encounters bazaars, offices and commercials. How do we manage densities in such demand, The sectional understanding of urban form, slim building footprints and gradual staggered form towards the main road, hence responding the context. The idea is to house programs vertically by interconnecting spaces for various mix that responds towards the city and ensures a humane response towards the context. How can we retain the essence of the precinct by creating a cohesive urban environment via a series of courtyards and open spaces that enhance one's journey and create profound relationships with the immediate thresholds of Home Habitat and city.
