Reviving Neighborhood-Gazdar street self redevelopment

At Gazdar Street plots are of decent size (300-1000 sq.m)and the buildings are in good condition overall. Many landlords reside in these houses themselves, ensuring they are well-maintained. While there’s a preference for individual development for adequate unit size and amenities , it’s not feasible for each plot to self-develop alone. Therefore, proposing the design of residential module that can accommodate small, medium, and large plot sizes. This module can be replicated or combined based on plot size, allowing landlords to amalgamate to have better living quality. The proposal has public amenities on ground making the neighborhood porous and  amenities for residents on intermediate level.
