With millennials’ changing life stages, the project provides them with an incremental, efficient, and flexible housing model that makes their struggling life more convenient. The affordability is achieved by reducing the overall footprint of the unit and by doing hybrid construction. The hybrid construction system uses RCC frames and precast units to speed up the construction process, which cuts down interest rates of financial holdings. Since the site is situated near the metro line and compact in size, the unit height of 2.7m allows for the construction of an 18-storey high building.
