While walking through the forest, I came across many species that caught my interest and made me take a closer look at them. I began collecting them because I was so fascinated by their appearance, and I felt as if they were reaching out to me. I further categorized them based on their unique leaf shapes, flowers, fruits, and stems. i.e., I was drawn to plucking Bauhinia racemosa because of the shape and pattern of its leaves. In order to determine which species have similar growing conditions, I discovered what the growing conditions are for that particular species, such as the Forest typology, soil type, and moisture content. The location of that particular species in Jaisamand was discovered by overlaying all the parameters through mapping. After the detailed investigation I came to know about their value to the forest.
