The studio focuses on creating comfortable buildings using passive strategies that respond to the environment. My design creates a comfortable living space in Kerala's hot and humid climate. The building orientation, facade details, and spatial organization derive from the sun path, wind direction, and rain parameters. Climatic software as well as a site visit to the location helped me understand the region and its demands. 
As per the studio brief, I divided the project into three different blocks, that use different climatic strategies that suit their functional aspirations while following an overall common language.
