The studio manages to teach the functioning of building physics and the process of achieving climatic comfort in and around the designed space. Learning from existing passive designs, old and vernacular architectural systems and analysing the landscape are some of the ways that the studio inculcates to achieve a good climatic design. Spaces like residential houses, schools and office spaces are often designed in the studio to understand the human body behaviour towards the space. Playing with light and shadow, ventilation, building material and temperature controls are the major aspects kept in mind while designing a space in the studio along with the beauty the architecture can offer to the space.
