Mayur - A Dance Studio by the River

Located beside the Vishwamitri river, Kamatibaug, Vadodara Mayur : The Dance Studio is a pavilion designed as a response to the site and its characteristics. The space features several secluded rehearsal spaces for dancers to ensure privacy, an amphitheatre and open areas for the public to freely explore and enjoy the structure. The design is based on some basic and fundamental design principles such as centrality, axiality, and the presence of a datum, which in turn contributes to a functional, well-organised and a visually appealing dance studio.
