The design aims to create a public space where the inhibitions are negotiated with the anchors in order to instill a collective sense of ownership and responsibility over the space, that in-turn keep the space clean and habitable for further use. The process of this has  originated from a research into the existing common spaces over their flexibility and versatility with respect to the diverse user systems, purposes, and time periods that were identified.
