'Aavkaaro' is designed for the nuclear family consisting of a 49-year-old business owner husband Rameshbhai, a 48-year-old handicraft Grih-Udyog owner wife Ramilaben, and their 25-year-old son Rajesh living abroad who is an admirer of classical Indian music, dance, and paintings, and has a hobby of the book collection. Additionally, Aavkaaro can host up to 10-14 visitors covering various age and gender groups with 2 dormitories for 5 people and 2 rooms for 2 people provided on the first and second floors. While the upper floors remain soundful, an underground kund offers silence with the library and a small art gallery.
