The study focuses on the transformation of organization of the individual unit plan in terms of the spatial and functional relationships, domestic structure and morphological factors. The study starts with simplifying the unit plan into diagrams so as to understand the spatial organization better. The analysis is based on mixed method (qualitative and quantitative) to find out the prevalent typical plans of each decade and study the transformation happening therein. Understanding the changes in organization reveal more about how the processes of standardization and rationalization occurred with keeping maintaining the social structure of the house. The social structure also has gone through modifications from these rationalizing factors of housing market along with technological changes. The analysis results shows the different kinds of spatial division types over the period and the way the co-relation between each spaces changed.
