Catering to a wider diaspora, this research center functions as a platform to express and to promote the evolution of diverse communities and their vanishing languages. Researching and documentation becomes the foundation to the propagation and awareness is created through the various cultural forms like poetry, literature, lectures, exhibits, workshops etc. The concept of the building is to have a consolidated and monumental robust structure erected on a hill top with the spaces of propagation and dissemination situated at the foothill of it, inviting and attracting the outer world while giving nuances of the program before the built-form is approached.
