The design attempts at making the subtle effects of rain more obvious so that they can be perceived and enjoyed better. The primary focus of the design program is to enhance the experiential quality of rain through various tangible and intangible aspects. In order to achieve these, variations in water bodies, vegetation and land forms and their interlink with the natural movement of the rainwater has been considered. Showcasing these transitions over all the seasons highlights the changes occurring during and after rainfall. It is expected to act as a beneficial pause in the regular life of the city.
