The learning centre in western Perth, Australia's coastline area, stands out as a non-traditional learning centre. The learning centre, which faces the sea and is built on a sloping modulation of land, connects two roadways at differing levels. Two levels of public and pedagogical areas establish an interesting connection and division between them. The idea of a non-conventional pedagogy is supported by the plan not following a rectangular grid and the play of a non-uniformly shaped roof covering and uniting two buildings, creating an assembly space below it.
