Ruptures in the old city have given a different way of perceiving architecture. The ruptures had a vision for the future and had something to say for the people. On the similar lines the urban insert that I am thinking is something that will have an impact on the context along with having a vision that will transform the spaces and urban life. The building should be such a neutral and secular in nature that it should be a place for all. The design has to foster a relationship between office space that is to be designed and the public realm. So how will this be achieved? What concept drives the design? And why I am doing ? Are the questions that need to be addressed. The design should be as transparent, fluid and porous that allows people to access the spaces and thus form a relationship between spaces of work and spaces of public. I am quoting the concept as Lucidity [ clear, free from ambiguity, sustain obscurity, transparence etc.]. So why I am using this idea is to create an interface between office spaces and public spaces. This will give a platform for the organisations to reach common man. A person could enter the premise without having to interact with the organisation. Thus the idea of inclusive design is explored.
