BRIDGING BOUNDARIES

In Ahmedabad, “Bridging Boundaries” proposes a approach to urban intervention, drawing inspiration from Decentralised Autonomous Organizations (DAOs).

At its core, it fosters community-driven collaboration, where intersections become hubs of activity, uniting gig workers and citizens. Transparency and inclusivity empowers gig workers to shape their working conditions and livelihoods through technology-enabled dialogue and decision-making.

By embracing DAO-inspired principles, project aims to create a resilient, inclusive, and equitable urban landscape, where every individual finds belonging and agency in shaping the city’s future.
The aim is to address the isolation and anonymity experienced by gig workers and city dwellers by fostering community, collaboration, and empowerment. The intervention seeks to blur the borders between the digital realm of delivery apps and the physical reality of urban life.
