AIM - The aim of the study is to understand the cultural significance of the Rajaram building and developing the technical skills for a design proposal stage.This study of wada ( a maharastrian houseform) now called Rajaram building attempts to represent the overview of a courtyard house type still prevelent in Maharastra, India. The house is oriented north-south and faces a 1.6m wide street infront of it. The east facade has a narrow lane with the Mosque (on its left hand side) covering the entire length.
