Aashiyana apartments is a housing program specifically designed for young Muslim nuclear families moving out of low-income communities in desire for a higher quality of life while still being near their parents. Their aspiration for a lifestyle that aligns with their enhanced financial standing renders them perfect candidates for homes in the lower middle class. These families, who are primarily in their 25s and 30s, need slightly larger living areas, clearly defined spaces, private balconies, and parking spots. In order to promote social cohesiveness and meet their cultural demands, the program incorporates prayer rooms and places a strong emphasis on communal areas like gardens and clubhouses. The layout consists of two buildings with three BHKs and one with two BHKs each building, totaling 1-2 BHK apartments, comprising 75 sq. m. 2 BHKs and 100 sq. m. 3 BHKs. all aimed at nurturing a supportive and culturally sensitive environment for these families embarking on this pivotal life phase.
