Ahmedabad as a city, is an institutional anchor set against a vibrant cultural backdrop. Knitting Institutional landscapes into the fabric of this city, indicates its prerogative in establishing an Institutional culture and thereby, enhancing the synergy and values of the society. The ecological and hydrological systems of Ahmedabad also become imperative in building such a programme. 
Through ‘Water cohesive future’, the dynamic relationships borne out of the interactions between people and their surrounding environment, are extracted and used in retaining the value of an urban landscape, especially when it converges with the water network. Approaches through the yoke of blue-green infrastructure simultaneously creates both, a sponge city framework for a resilient city and also shifting paradigms of a water-cohesive experience for both the community and the Institute.
