This project reimagines the relationships and dialogues in urban India housing today. It creates new relations of connection at the level of the site, the block and the unit. 
Both the development and the saleable components have similar unit plans and all homes in the project enjoy a double height balcony and split levels which overlook one another. 
At the level of the site, this project tries to give back to the city by creating plazas, and playgrounds for commercial activity as well as leisure.
