Transforming an adaptive reuse of Teliya mill site into a vibrant community hub, the design integrates a spice market with connecting courtyards, fostering a rich tapestry of cultural exchange and commerce. Adjacent, a versatile park with an open maidan serves as a multifunctional space for recreational activities and community gatherings, providing a serene retreat for residents and a welcome respite for workers from nearby godowns. Through meticulously organized vehicular movement and segregated pedestrian zones, complemented by diverse pathway surface treatments, to ensure seamless navigation and safety while enhancing the site's aesthetic appeal and functionality for all stakeholders.
