Residential Resurgence- Reviving Shared Spaces

Integrating conservation and community-centric design, the project aims to revitalize government staff quarters in Athwalines and a G+2 structure in Zampa Bazaar. Structural enhancements, spatial reorganization, and communal space integration prioritize heritage preservation and improve living conditions. Wider balconies and shared spaces in Athwalines foster social cohesion, while window additions and layout adjustments in Zampa Bazaar enhance functionality. Both projects prioritize user comfort, cultural sensitivity, and sustainability. By addressing structural challenges and fostering community interaction, the interventions aim to create inclusive, resilient, and socially vibrant urban environments, enhancing residents' quality of life.
