- THE SCHOOL STRUCTURE IS IN INTACT CONDITION (ADDITION OFTWO FLOORS IF REQUIRED IS ALLOWED) - THE SCHOOL DIRECTIVES WANT THE INTERVENTION TO FOLLOW TRADITIONAL ARCHITECTURAL LANGUAGE
