In a world where water has flooded all streets, there exists Aqua Savants, who clean overgrown algae in streets by harvesting fishes to eat them, so called Bio-Scrubbing. Their home holds above a huge aquarium of fishes. The clustered dwelling offers porosity to wind flow, which relives him from perspiration and sweat through his daily routine. After a long day of trudging through algae, and listening to the incessant bickering of his customers, the Aqua Savants find an escape from his everyday life in Nautical nucleus!
