The studio focuses on analyzing and bringing together architectural ideologies, attributes and context by tying it with materials and structure thus helping shape a built form. Greek Orthodox Church designed by Herzog and de Meuron has been developed to harmonize into Ahmedabad's context, adhering to climatic, material and structural concerns. An attempt to carry forward the sensorial aspects of traditional churches supported by an approach, keeping in mind the architects' radical ways towards design, has been made.
