The Musician's House and Institute

The designing is divided into three stages; Musician's House- Stage 1, House Extension and Sister's Residence - Stage 2, Music Institute - Stage 3, respectively. The time span between the stage one and two was of 20 years, wherein a sister's residence, student lodging and daughter's bedroom were to be added along with an indoor performance space and recording room. While after 30 years from stage 2, The small academy or in house teaching is now an institute with student lodging for 8-9 students and three guest rooms, a bigger recording room and a library and services.
