What does it mean to have a large parcel of develop-able land in the heart of the city? Should it be developed, given the immense real-estate pressure or should it be left open, given the dire need for open spaces within the city and it once being part of the greenbelt.This project is an inquiry to address this over-arching question.The proposal is a compromise between these ideas. To foster a tranquil neighbourhood development, centered around a green meandering public space.  The design complements the existing topographical and hydrological conditions of site with its open space and road network.
