How should the entrances to the public spaces be? In the particular case of Asarva, the area of entrance is more than the area of any AMC Building with a grand gesture. There are particular timings when the lake remains open.  Should there be restrictive timings for public spaces which are open for al? Does safety increases if the public space is always open and someone being there and hence fear of vandalism. In the Akhada proposed, such questions were  considered and hence the links and connections were discovered connecting the city and the lake through the means of pavilion.
