The project is a high rise housing integrating the major shifts of the future: increasing aging population, nuclear families/ living individually and rising e-commerce services. The proposal focuses on the needs of aging population and an always on move younger generation. The site is located at the edge of Sabarmati river in GIFT City Gandhinagar. The lower levels have units for elderly and the above towers have studio rooms for young professionals.
