The project is of a mixed income group housing in Vadaj, Ahmedabad. The site is adjacent to the proposed metro station and comes under a Transit Oriented Development zone. The project seeks to rehabilitate the existing MIG households and includes an additional component slum rehabilitation component. There are also free sale HIG and LIG apartments along with commercial spaces to profit the developer. The project aims to create an equitable neighbouhood and even include various livelihoods in the imagination of housing design.
