The studio focused on exploration of timber, bamboo and steel as structural materials. A basic joinery or module was to be developed to form a structure using these materials. 
 Octa Mutua is a pavilion made from bamboo using octagonal reciprocal frame. The joineies used where simple lashing and concrete blocks were used as foundation.
