The 21st century vocational skill training institute and the supporting makers’ asylum assist local residents in pushing their creativity and ability of their skills for the growth of themselves and the nation. For the people of the neighbourhood, the unit in the neighbourhood provides a fully equipped workshop by Makers’ Asylum, a ward office with a library and an open recreational ground, as well as a vocational skill training institute. The unit is aimed at creating skilled human beings.
