The project proposes a mixed use workspace as a positive critique to the mono- functional office spaces of the past. As a response the project utilizes the triple helix model of innovation which is the constant interaction between Academia / Industry/ Government to foster change through social and economic development of JVPD scheme. An attempt to interlace green corridors through the program with interconnected voids and terraces to break away from the traditional workplace.
