An ancient belief claims that swans sing a beautiful song in the moments before their death after being silent for most of their lives. Extraction, exploitation and export have been the defining principles that sent the ruptured earth of Goa on voyages towards the steel factories of the globe. The questions, if things, so ultimately taken, can ever be returned, whether the axis of time can even symbolically be reversed, or if the idea of reciprocity can even by applied onto a system so drastically devoid of balance and fairness, were interlaced with the project Swan Song.
