Paddy Procurement and Processing Centre

Earlier these Khazan lands used to be cultivated only during the monsoon. The landscape was altered to generate a perennial crop cycle with the use of the Sorjan farming system. With the yield then becoming surplus to sustenance, the conventional usage of crops can be tweaked, and alternate uses of crops can be used to create other streams of revenue generation. One such way is the utilization of agro-waste generated in the entire process to be segregated, identified and then used as construction material for the construction that is going to take place in the commons. This will require a built intervention which allows by-products of crops to be separated, and then processed into forms and materials that can be used as elements in building construction.
