Design of prewired wall panel system using a modular kit of parts. Panels can accommodate various electrical requirements in the residence like switchboards, distribution boxes, plugins, Wall lights, and IoT products. The system focuses on simplification of fitting and maintenance at the site via eliminating complexity. It also offers flexibility to add or displace plug points or switches after the installation. Plug and play concept is used as the major ideation for this project where the installation of components like switchboards, power outlets, conduits, etc can be avoided by the use of the proposed pre-wired panels.
