The research investigates the role of non-physical elements and identifies key principles in community building. The key objective is to recognize the impact of intangibles in a communal space to shape an active community in a cafe environment. Considering Project Otenga Cafe interpreting it as a case study and deciphering its meaning. This leads to defining and understanding how intangible factors function in building the community at Otenga. In conclusion, it contributes to understanding how culture influences the formation of community-building and decoding the principles of shaping an active community.
