Gujarat University Library had many set of staircases to connect all levels, in this project only one set of staircase is figured out to free up the void area in building and use it as work area for students living in library. There are 24 students living in this building and 12 students are localites use this building for work. They can also access the public library, sleeping area, washroom ,hot water bath unit.BASEMENT contains book shelves and separated pantry with herb garden, GROUND-reading room, office,cafe,GROUND MEZ, FIRST, FIRST MEZ-sleeping,washing work area and SECOND- hot bath.
