The intent of this project was to design a static, totally flat-packable or take-apart piece of furniture of the metal of our choosing. It had to cater to a wide audience in whichever context we decided and focus on ease of assembly and transportation. On the journey to this end goal, we explored various metalworking processes and fabrication techniques and gained invaluable hands-on and in-field knowledge and experience of material handling in real working conditions at local fabricators and foundries.
