Ornamentation to me is the creation of a new system from an existing context or theme. It is when the construction systems used in making up of the interior space in itself becomes ornamented. In this project, the structure becomes the system of ornamentation. The chosen site for articulation of interior through lens of ornamentation is the Zanav house in Bommanahalli, Bangalore. The proposed design is for a filmmakers academy where aspiring young filmmakers and photographers can access it as a socializing and building their career in the field.
