The Ranchodlal Chottalal high school build in 1846, is located in Mirazapur, Ahmedabad. The site is placed in the old city of ahmedabad with a strong heritage value. The site is surrounded by historical landmarks,pols,local markets and so developing boutique hotel having exhibition as a primary function will engage more people.
The old building is reused as a Boutique Hotel by adding the building which follows same language on facade facing old building and other side of facade have contemporary design.  To view full portfolio:
