Facilities Management of AMC School

The project deals with the proposal of facility management plan for Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation school to improve the functional working, and promote government schools amongst people. The School being flooded with different facilities which could be categorised under, recreational, administration, safety and security, basic utility services and so on. From the view of Facilities Management, the analysis of demand, identification of issues regarding maintenance and proposals of new facilities are made. We dealt with the logistics part, its implementation as well as facilitation in school. The feasibility of management was also cross checked according to user`s experience.
