Housekeeping

“Nothing inspires cleanliness over unexpected guests.” - Radhika Mundra. 
The study was done in order to get an in-depth understanding of how various hard services and soft services like housekeeping plays a vital role in the effective and efficient management of a facility. 
Housekeeping department in GSRTC Ranip Bus Terminal and Commercial Plaza has both in-house and outsourced divisions. The in-house housekeeping department nearly consists of total of forty-two staff. Outsourced section of the department includes lift maintenance managed by Techno Industries Ltd., pest control outsourced to Midas Pest Control Services and landscape is maintained by two locally availed workers.
