The studio was about the Service Operations Management of a service wherein, we firstly studied the case studies of different services like Passport Seva, then we started working on the Fire and Emergency Service of Ahmedabad. We studied and understood the back end processes of the service, identified gaps and gave relevant solutions, wherein I worked on part of Outreach Service(Development of website & Mobile app), Financial analysis of the proposals given and Analysis of the number of Fire Stations in the city and the making of a New Fire Station.
