Service Operations Management of AFES

Ahmedabad Fire and Emergency Services (AFES) is the primary provider of fire and emergency services in Ahmedabad. The aim of the AFES is to protect person, property and environment through delivery of rescue and emergency services, awareness programs, response capability and capacity (preparedness), and incident response and recovery for safer Ahmedabad. Protection is the part where the fire department takes the lead to further spread the awareness and secure the citizens, by issuing the No objection certificates to all the high rise buildings and the low rise public buildings. This will ensure that the buildings have all the safety systems in place.
