The proposal of a Bin free ward is given, which will include segregation of waste, 100% door to door, removing of community bins, 100% street sweeping, IEC programme for waste management and penalty system. the whole process is devided into three phases. First phase starting from the May,2018 to July 2018, comprises of the enhancement of the current system and making public aware about the removal of the bins in the ward. Phase 2, starting from August 2018 to Dec,2018 of the proposal consists of removal of bins, monitoring and incentive systems in street sweepers and penalty systems. Phase 3 starts from Jan 1st to October 2019, where segregated waste will be collected daily.
