WARD MANAGEMENT AS A PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP

A total of 100 citizen survey’s were done from the different parts of the ward on facilities and services provided at the ward level, their satisfaction, grievances & their awareness on the ward level services.Officials from the ward level, Zonal level and the central AMC level were also surveyed.The objective of the studio was to understand the complete picture of the existing situations and come up with solutions to make the ward management more efficient in terms of service delivery. The proposal however would be applicable to any of the wards and is not limited to the ward of study.
